Growth Opportunities

So many different programs, so many different career paths—that’s what we offer. That’s why there are so many ways for you to excel at PCA. Hear what our teammates have to say.

Engineering

Engineering is at the heart of what we do. We are chemical, electrical, mechanical, civil, environmental, and industrial engineers—ensuring the smooth operation and productivity of our mills and plants through project implementation, process control, equipment planning, design, contractor management and more.

“Usually when you’re working in mechanical engineering you’re in a defined department and stuck with your subsect, but with PCA I have the opportunity to work on big projects while furthering my education.”
- Christopher Pappageorge | Plant Optimization Engineer

Sales

Listen. Question. Advise. Sales at PCA is about more than selling boxes and paper. It’s about building relationships with customers, learning about their business, adding value through solid recommendations, and actively contributing to their success in the marketplace.

“I am mostly proud of the relationships I have cultivated with my customers as well as each and every one of my co-workers.”
- Matthew Martin | Account Manager

Information Technology

As PCA’s communication and networking backbone, we support a geographically expansive, growing manufacturing operation. We maintain the high efficiency and reliability of our technology network, keep our company secure and up-to-date by implementing advanced technology, and provide expert internal service.

“There is never a slow day or a lack of excitement at PCA. The challenge to find ways to improve the performance of our systems and keep the end-users at peak levels of production keeps us busy. I love it!”
- Ron Robertson | Enterprise End User Systems Manager

Operations and Maintenance

We keep PCA humming. These dedicated colleagues—from manufacturing workers and mechanics, to health/safety/environment and fulfillment teams, to technical services and drivers—ensure that our facilities run at optimal levels of excellence.

“The greatest success of working here has really been the team. It’s not about the strength of one person, but the strength of your team.”
- John Cooney | Senior Training and Operations Specialist

Customer Service

Superior service is where we begin. That’s why customer service is the cornerstone of our success. Our customer service representatives never take our customers for granted. We are as sharp at posing questions as we are at providing answers—responsive, knowledgeable, well-informed answers.

“Everyday we come to work trying to create the ultimate customer experience, it is a mission of ours.”
- Julie Keener | Customer Service Manager

Accounting and Finance

We contribute to our company’s success through interesting, challenging work in research and reporting, tax planning and compliance, internal audits, treasury, financial and manufacturing analysis, strategic planning, and manufacturing facility controllership.

“I loved the variety of long time employees with outstanding knowledge as well as new employees with fresh ideas. The diversity of people working makes it so fulfilling because everyone is here to learn no matter the experience.”
- Trey Darnell | Business Analyst
