  • Process invoices through the accounts payable system. 
  • Audit vendor invoices and follow-up  for problem resolution. 
  • Verify appropriate sales tax and freight on invoices. 
  • Generate associated reporting both on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 
  • Other various accounting tasks such as month-end closing will be a part of the job function as well.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years Accounts Payable experience or college, vocational, or specialized training
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and other accounting systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Experience in industrial setting
