We are seeking resumes for an Engineer Project (1 Opening) in our Wallula, WA facility.

Description of role:

Provide engineering and project management expertise in support of capital projects, in-house feasibility studies, and other mill operations and maintenance support.

Principle Accountabilities:

Works independently on capital projects of $50,000 up to $5 million as experience and training allows.

Administrative responsibilities include project cost control, scheduling, and safety.

Interface with mill personnel, outside consultants, contractors, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers.

Assist with capital project justifications, including scope and post-project audits.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in pulp and paper manufacturing.

Must have strong organizational skills, ability to work with multiple teams, demonstrated leadership skills and the proven ability to lead effective teams.

Good oral and written communication skills and organizational and planning skills required.

Problem solving skills and the ability to positively implement change are required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
