We are seeking applicants for a Rotary Die Cutter Operator position in our Olive Branch, MS facility located at 8489 Summit Cove, Olive Branch, MS 38654


Pay Rate Range: $18.28 per hour ($27.42 per hour overtime range)


Shift: 1st (6AM - 2PM)

  • Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste
  • Responsible for leading machine crew with setups and changeovers by mounting printing plates and/or cutting dies
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets required dimensions and there are zero material defects
  • Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures
  • Problem solve when issues arise with machine
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and possess problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as needed
  • Ability to push, pull, bend and stoop
  • Demonstrate the ability to interpret a cad drawing and print card specifications
  • Ability to adhere to Product Quality Specifications and Quality Standards
  • Ability to read tape measure with speed and accuracy
  • Minimum of 6 months previous die cutter experience required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.


  • Prior work experience in the corrugated Industry or other manufacturing environment
  • Prior printing experience a plus


  • Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Have the ability to develop the skills and abilities required to operate the machine at production rates
  • Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance
  • Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned facility
