Understand and complete load tally sheets
Perform duties necessary to run Auto-Bander.
Problem solve when issues arise with the machine.
Interpret all areas of the specification sheet and print card.
High School Graduate or GED.
Forklift certified or willing to become a certified forklift driver upon employment.
3-5 years’ experience in the corrugated industry.
Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
Good attendance record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and possess problem solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts including overtime and weekends, as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
