Base Pay:$16.15 tostart, $24.28 + .50 cents/shift. Full rate after 30 days per union contractwith GCC/IBT Local 415-s. Employees are required to become members of the Unionafter 30 days.
Responsible for ensuring a high quality product iscoming off the machine.
Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes haverequired dimensions and zero material defects.
Responsible for leading machine crew withsetups/change overs.
Problem solve when issues arise with the machine.
Willing to learn Transfer Car and CorrugatorOperator Positions to fill in when needed.
High School Graduate or GED.
1-3years’ experience in the corrugated industry.
Bepassionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
Successful candidate must be willing to work anyshift including overtime and weekends, as needed.
Can interpret all areas of the specification sheetand print card.
Good attendance record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and possess problemsolving skills.
Abilityto sit, stoop, and bend.
Workwell in a team environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment ispreferred.
